These Terms of Service govern your use of NexoPop Social Publisher (“NexoPop,” “we,” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

NexoPop helps authorized users create and publish short educational and entertainment videos to TikTok. Features may include connecting a TikTok account, preparing content, requesting publication, and checking publishing status. Available features may change over time.

Account authorization

You must use an account you are authorized to control. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for reviewing permissions before granting access. You may revoke TikTok authorization through your TikTok account settings.

User control and consent

NexoPop will publish content only after you authorize the integration and intentionally request a publishing action. You are responsible for reviewing content, captions, privacy settings, and other publication choices before submission.

Acceptable use

You may not use NexoPop to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate others, distribute malware or spam, bypass platform safeguards, or publish deceptive, abusive, dangerous, or prohibited content. Your use must comply with TikTok’s applicable terms, policies, and community guidelines.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant NexoPop a limited permission to process, store, format, and transmit that content solely as necessary to operate the requested service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to use and publish your content.

Third-party services

NexoPop relies on third-party services, including TikTok. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, account decisions, policy changes, or actions outside our control.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, or third-party platform actions arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using NexoPop at any time and revoke connected-account access. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or address security and misuse.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
